After I pulled out Madelyn's second tooth, I showed it to Alyson.

 Me: Alyson, do you know what this is?
Alyson: I dunno.
Me: It's Madelyn's tooth!
Alyson, tentatively pointing to her own teeth: Madelyn's tooth? Why?
